How to install the brake cable and how to deal with it after it is broken

1. First buy one with qualified quality.

2. Use an inner hexagonal wrench to loosen the wire locking screw on the front brake assembly counterclockwise.

3. Hold the brake lever and remove the entire brake cable from the brake lever.

4. Insert the new one into the brake cable tube, and put its thread end into the thread end seat of the brake handle after it is worn.

5. Straighten the brake cable from the end of the cable tube, and pass it into the brake cable locking screw of the brake assembly, and lock it with an inner hexagonal wrench.

If your bicycle is a linear brake, you will use it. It looks strong, but it may break.

When it breaks, it should be replaced in time (for long-distance riding, it is also recommended to carry a spare brake cable). If you do not carry a spare, you can use a spare shift cable to temporarily replace it. If you really don't bring anything, if there is only one brake, slow down slowly and push it downhill. If the transmission cable breaks, please change it in time if there is a spare one. If you do not use the limit screw to adjust the gear properly. "L" adjusts the front derailleur, and "H" adjusts the rear derailleur. After arriving at the car shop, it must be repaired and replaced in time.
