Seven Points For Replacing Auto Parts
(1) Use sealant as much as possible. If necessary, paint can be substituted to achieve the ideal sealing effect;
(2) The appearance quality of rubber seals should be carefully checked before assembling; use special tools to press fit to avoid knocking and deformation;
(3). Fill in lubricating grease according to regulations, and clean and dredge the vent and one-way valve regularly.
(4). Assemble under extremely clean conditions, without bumps, scratches, burrs and other attachments on the working surface of the parts;
(5) Strict operating procedures, seals should be installed correctly to prevent deformation if not in place;
(6). Grasp the performance specifications and use requirements of the seals, and replace the failed parts in time;
(7). For thin-walled side cover parts, cold sheet metal correction is used; for shaft hole parts that are easy to wear, metal spraying, welding, gluing, machining and other processes can be used to achieve the original factory size.
